ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your order depends on two main factors: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Handling Time
This is the duration from when you place your order until it is ready for shipment (handed off to the carrier). The typical handling time is as follows:
- Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Ladies' T-Shirts, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Mugs: 1-3 business days
Transit Time
- For US Orders: We use various carriers based on delivery locations, primarily DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most packages are delivered via the USPS local post office system, with an average transit time of 5 to 7 business days.
- For International Orders: Packages are shipped via DHL eCommerce and delivered by the local post office in the destination country. The average shipping time for international orders is 20 to 25 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Customers acknowledge and agree that the delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders will only be processed if a correct shipping address is provided. Incomplete or invalid addresses may lead to processing delays. We recommend double-checking your information during checkout.
- All shipments include a tracking link, allowing you to easily monitor the status of your shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
The shipping fee for the first item is $4.99, with an additional charge of $2.50 for each additional item in an order.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
Before processing your order, the shipping address will be verified using USPS address validation data. If the address is invalid or incomplete, your order will be held until we receive your confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive a response after a certain period. Any issues with your shipping address will be communicated via email to the address provided in your order confirmation.
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and double-check everything during checkout. If the shipping address is invalid, packages will not be delivered and will be returned to us. In this case, we do not offer a re-shipping option, as payments are one-time, and we do not retain any information regarding your payment for additional charges.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
While we strive to deliver items as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipment delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Common causes of delays include:
- Supplier or carrier issues
- Shipping delays during the holidays
- Customs clearance for international orders
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If the estimated time frame has passed and you have not yet received your order, please follow these steps:
- Check the shipment status using the tracking link provided.
- If the tracking status indicates "delivered," check your mailbox and any nearby locations where the mail carrier might have left your package.
- If you still cannot find it, reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
- If the tracking status shows that the package is still in transit, please wait an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
- If you missed the delivery, contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.
- For US orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered after 20 days from the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
- For international orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered after 35 days from the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
